- Beef Brisket (dinner from $12.99, sandwich from $7.49). Brisket is the second smoke and the smaller one at a pork-first chain.
- Half Smoked Chicken Dinner (from $11.49) and the Sampler Dinner (from $16.99), which needs every component in stock to be assembled.
- Meringue pies ($3.49 a slice) — chocolate, coconut and lemon, cut fresh, and a flavor can be gone by evening.
Chopped pork and hushpuppies are the last two things standing. If you are arriving inside the final hour with a specific order in mind, call first. Ribs after 8 p.m. on a Saturday is the classic disappointment.
