The alternative is a delivery app, which will usually also take a pickup order. Curbside exists at some Buddy's restaurants and not others, and the honest answer is that you should not build a plan around it without checking. Where it does run, the practical advice is to say what you are driving when you call, because these are small buildings with small lots — the Knoxville locations in particular were not designed around a curbside lane.
One tip specific to this menu: if you are collecting rather than eating in, order the hushpuppies (10 for $3.99) last and eat them first. They are the best value item Buddy's sells and they are excellent for roughly twenty minutes after the fryer. A gallon of sweet tea at $5.99, by contrast, is indifferent to how long the drive takes.
Rewards, accounts and payment
There is no published chain-wide loyalty program, no points balance to track and no birthday reward on file. That is consistent with everything else about how Buddy's operates — no national coupon calendar, no published military discount schedule, no by-the-pound sheet. Decisions live at the restaurant. If you eat at one location regularly, the person behind the counter knowing your order is closer to the real loyalty mechanic here than any app would be.
